Job Summary: We are seeking a Web Designer experienced in WordPress, Elementor, and UX/UI principles to create and maintain functional and visually appealing websites. Key Highlights: 1. Creation and maintenance of websites with UX/UI focus using WordPress. 2. Development using WordPress page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or WP Bakery. 3. We have been featured in rankings by specialized media as one of the top 10 digital marketing agencies in Latin America, having successfully developed over 400 websites in 7 languages for more than 300 startups, fintechs, industry-leading companies, and global brands, serving clients across 15 countries on 3 continents. **Objective**: To create, design, and maintain functional and visually attractive websites using the WordPress platform, grounded in UX/UI principles. **Key Responsibilities**: * Updating or creating web pages using CMS (primarily WordPress), with emphasis on UX/UI design * Page layout and structuring * Structuring web pages using predefined templates * Designing web graphics (icons, favicons, banners) * Updating and maintaining plugins * Minor HTML and CSS adjustments (basic level, not programming) * Editing photographs for web use **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field * English – Intermediate * Intermediate proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS * Knowledge of UX/UI principles * Experience with Elementor, Divi, or WP Bakery * Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for asset editing and creation * One year of experience in a similar role * Personal computer with internet access **Technical Knowledge**: * WordPress – Mandatory * WordPress page builders (Elementor, Divi, WP Bakery, or similar) \- Mandatory * WordPress plugins \- Mandatory * Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor HTML code adjustments (not programming) \- Preferred * SEO – Preferred * Photoshop – Mandatory * Illustrator – Mandatory **Skills**: * Strong aesthetic sense * Proactive attitude * Attention to detail * Team collaboration **We Offer**: * Hybrid work arrangement * Quarterly training plan * Direct experience with major clients * Excellent working environment * Certified training programs * Salary between $12,000 and $16,000 **Working Hours**: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM If you meet the requirements and are interested, please send us your CV and digital portfolio (URL to Behance or similar platform) so we can review your work.
