




Job Summary: Training Content Developer to promote learning, integration, and organizational culture, supporting the annual training plan. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation of training content and internal activities 2. Support in organizational development and improvement of workplace climate 3. Design and execution of internal recreational events **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:** Contribute to staff development through the creation of training content, activities, and internal experiences that foster learning, integration, and organizational culture, supporting the Organizational Development area in executing the annual training plan and activating a consistent calendar of activities that strengthen workplace climate and employee engagement. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and monitor the annual training plan, in accordance with guidelines established by the Organizational Development area. * Support the planning, organization, and delivery of in-person and/or internal training sessions. * Design and prepare materials, content, and visual aids for training sessions. * Develop and implement learning and integration activities for staff. * Plan, organize, and execute internal recreational events, both on festive and non-festive dates. * Coordinate operational logistics for trainings and events (invitations, venues, materials, timing). * Timely dissemination of internal information regarding trainings, activities, and events. * Administer attendance lists, evaluations, and training surveys. * Compile, manage, and safeguard documentation and evidence related to trainings and events. * Monitor evaluation results and certification levels. * Prepare progress and compliance reports for the Head of Organizational Development. * Support general departmental activities as required by operational needs. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Basic photography and image or video editing * General knowledge of (NOM-035) * Proficiency in digital design tools * Knowledge of Office suite applications * NOM-251-2009. * H Distinction and Crystal Distinction. * Cross-contamination. * In BPM, PPE, and ETA. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, or Communications. * 1 year of experience in training, workshops, or training-related activities. **DESIRED ATTITUDES:** * Proactivity * Creativity * Dynamism * Assertive communication * Teamwork capability **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * Employee cafeteria service * Staff transportation Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Application question(s): * Where do you currently live?
