With a strong focus on **sustainability** and a solid **humanistic culture**, we are committed to being **agents of positive change in the agro-industry**. **What will you do in this role?** You will be responsible for ensuring the strategic supply of fresh fruit for Zano Fresh LLC, achieving cost, volume, yield, quality, and food safety objectives through efficient management of the supply network and operational coordination of the procurement process, thereby supporting business operational continuity and commercial goals. **Location:** Martinez de la Torre, Veracruz. **Position Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or related field * Willingness to relocate **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain a network of intermediaries, producers, and fresh fruit packers through stable, reliable, and competitive business relationships to ensure the supply required by Zano Fresh. * Conduct seasonal and regional harvest estimation, as well as weekly and seasonal procurement planning, by analyzing fruit availability, commercial forecasts, and operational capacity, to ensure continuity and fulfillment of the supply program. * Negotiate purchase prices, volumes, and terms, adhering to guidelines and strategies defined by the Fresh Fruit Coordination team, to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives. * Supervise bulk fruit arrivals at packing facilities and distribution of finished product to the McAllen CEDIS, monitoring timelines, yields, and operational compliance, to ensure logistical continuity and efficiency. * Develop and implement quality evaluation standards and schemes for fresh fruit and third-party packaging suppliers, in coordination with Quality and In-House Packaging departments, to ensure compliance with export specifications and food safety requirements. * Manage and develop the procurement team through oversight of operational and administrative processes, supervision of records, and performance evaluation, to ensure goal attainment and departmental efficiency. * Monitor and manage key procurement indicators by tracking volumes, yields, costs, losses, quality, and program compliance, to identify improvement opportunities and ensure operational performance. * Coordinate with Finance and Administration on advance payments, disbursements, exceptions, and required documentation, complying with established policies and controls, to ensure accurate financial and operational traceability of the procurement process. * Identify and develop procurement growth initiatives by evaluating new regions, orchards, packing facilities, and commercial models, as well as exploring alternatives for marketing non-export-specification fruit, to strengthen the supply strategy and maximize value recovery. **Key Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Results-driven mindset. * Process management. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Year-end bonus and vacation premium exceeding legal requirements. * Savings fund and savings matching. * Grocery vouchers. * Major medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
