




Position Summary: We are seeking a titled Junior Network Support Engineer to manage incidents, administer tickets, and supervise networks and systems. Key Highlights: 1. Network supervision and preventive maintenance We are looking for a **TITLED JUNIOR NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER** **REQUIREMENTS** * **MANDATORY DEGREE**: Systems Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Computer Engineering, Network and Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in ***CISCO*** environments. * Experience working with Cisco Switches and Routers * **Experience**: 2 years or more in IT support * **Mandatory**: **CISCO CCNA** certification. * Technical English (reading and writing) with verifiable proof. * Availability for flexible scheduling and rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. * Conversational and reading English **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Incident management and resolution * Technical support ticket administration * Network and system supervision, monitoring, and administration; execution of network and system reviews and preventive maintenance. * Asset and inventory management (CMDB) * Periodic KMS updates * On-site assistance to customers. **WE OFFER** * **Gross monthly salary of $20,000** * Monthly gasoline allowance of $1,440 * **On-site work mode in the Moderna neighborhood of Guadalajara, Jalisco.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Please state when you received your university degree and in which field of study. * How many years of experience do you have working with Cisco Switches and Routers?
