Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to supervise and coordinate the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency. We’re looking for your talent for the position of Operations Manager. Education: * Completed high school diploma (minimum) Responsibilities: * Daily supervision and coordination of restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, food preparation meeting quality standards, and operational efficiency. * Improve operational effectiveness by optimizing production and service processes to reduce waiting times. * Ensure new staff members receive proper training. * Conduct onboarding and training for new staff members. * Responsible for daily operational coordination to guarantee customer service and satisfaction. * Responsible for promptly addressing complaints and/or suggestions. * Responsible for monitoring that each department correctly performs its duties and adheres to service protocols. * Support the manager in administrative functions. * And other related duties.
