We invite you to join our team as:** **Area Manager for Sales and Collections** **Location: MARTINEZ DE LA TORRE** **Challenges you will face in this role:** 1\. Execute plans to meet the operational business needs of your area so that Development Managers and assigned agents achieve established KPIs, thereby contributing to branch profitability. 2\. Conduct the DM (Shadowing) induction process to ensure they understand the business operations and the scope of their responsibilities. 3\. Plan and implement measures in coordination with the Security department to reduce risks and mitigate situations or practices impacting operations. 4\. Supervise that Branch Managers and agents follow and comply with company policies, credit controls, current legislation, and safety practices to ensure smooth operational flow. 5\.
