We are constantly growing and seeking your talent to lead our team as **BRANCH MANAGER!** **Responsibilities:** * Assign and monitor activities of staff under your supervision. * Staff training. * Supervision of warehouse activities. * Ensure implementation of commercial strategies. * Collect payments from customers. * Receive, deliver, and safeguard valuables. * Cash register closings and cash counts. * Sales closing. * Customer service. * Preparation of quotations, orders, and invoices. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a branch manager, preferably in retail. * Flexible availability of working hours. **We offer:** * Monthly salary + commission scheme: approximately $22,000 gross per month. * Monthly food vouchers: $1,323 * Social security coverage from day one * Profit-sharing * 30-day Christmas bonus (starting after 6 months of seniority) * 5% savings fund starting from the 3rd month * Quarterly bonus
