We seek candidates with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field. Bachelor’s or Engineering degree is mandatory for employment. Responsibilities: 1. Address service failure reports for the Institution’s data network. 2. Support configuration of hardware associated with the Institution’s data network in accordance with industry best practices. 3. Maintain equipment operational using software versions recommended by the manufacturer. 4. Support network operations during institutional events. 5. Perform network cabling tasks at the Institution’s main data center. 6. Monitor alarms on network equipment and services. 7. Prepare operational and status reports on the data network, addressed to the Head of Network and Information Security. 8. Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems; experience in implementations. 9. Firewall responsibility (network security administrator) 10. Design and analyze network traffic, respond to incidents, conduct audits, and enforce policies to ensure data integrity.
