




Job Summary: Supports the administrative and operational management of the maintenance department, coordinating services, documenting processes, and managing maintenance contracts. Organization and follow-up of pending tasks **Job Responsibilities** * Review and respond to emails from the maintenance department. * Track service requests (ticket creation and updates). * Assist in preparing and sending quotations. * Schedule and update service calendars with technicians and clients. * Request and track material and spare parts orders. * Manage access permits and documentation for site entry. * Support maintenance contract control (dates, scopes, and evidence). * Enter information into Odoo or a similar system (status, dates, comments). * Compile service evidence (reports, photos, signatures) for administrative closure. * Prepare weekly reports on pending items, services completed, and quotation/PO status. **Essential and Preferred Requirements** * 1–2 years in an administrative and operational role * Excel (filters, tables, tracking) * Outlook/Gmail (professional email response and tracking) * Organization and follow-up of pending tasks Preferred * Odoo/SAP/Zoho/Dynamics * Experience in maintenance, facilities, retail, or restaurants * Experience managing customer portals and PO tracking Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,500.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site
