At this stage, the company needs someone capable of stepping into important yet ambiguous problems and opportunities, structuring them, coordinating execution, and helping the most critical items move forward. The scope will not be static: it will shift as our priorities, team, and organization evolve. **Examples of the Work** * Drive ambiguous, high-priority initiatives from definition through closure—creating structure, clarity, and momentum where none yet exists. * Lead project management for key initiatives in the early stage, ensuring pace, coordination, tracking, and proactive risk anticipation. * Coordinate complex cross-functional efforts across legal, finance, design, vendors, and internal teams when work demands horizontal alignment. * Prepare analyses, evaluations, and recommendations to enable faster, more rigorous, and context-rich decision-making. * Design or improve lightweight execution mechanisms—prioritization, tracking, decision-making, cadences—to reduce friction and sustain progress. * Support critical processes including hiring, research, vendor selection, documentation, or launch of new initiatives—whenever that is essential to moving the company forward. * Use AI and modern tools to increase speed, clarity, and quality in research, analysis, operations, and knowledge transfer. **Requirements** * **Proven track record in demanding, multifunctional environments**, where results matter and ambiguity is high—for example: top-tier consulting, PE operations or asset management, high-performance operational roles, or execution in early-stage startups. * **Exceptional execution reliability** — consistent history of driving complex initiatives to completion, with strong follow-through, low-ego ownership, and comfort managing multiple parallel threads. * **Project execution capability** — experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects with real deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables; able to create structure without bureaucracy. * **Structured thinking and clear communication** — produces precise updates, clear plans, and decision-ready recommendations; reduces confusion and accelerates alignment. * **High learning velocity** — demonstrates rapid adoption of new domains and tools; can ramp up quickly on unfamiliar topics and deliver high-quality output. * **Fluency with tools and technological leverage** — comfortable using modern tools to work faster and better; can cite concrete examples of using AI or software to build systems, automate workflows, or improve operational rigor. * **Fluency in both Spanish and English required.** **Desirable (non-exclusive)** ---------------------------- * Experience in real estate development or related fields. * Familiarity with our current digital infrastructure: Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, and AI tools. **How to Apply** ---------------- ***Follow instructions carefully—only applications fully complying with them will be considered.***
