Monitoring of internal policies and operational discipline **Position Objective:** Provide support for the operation of the Human Resources department, ensuring proper execution of personnel administration processes, labor relations, compliance with internal policies, and implementation of the annual training plan. **Responsibilities:** * Control and tracking of attendance incidents (absences, leaves, vacations) * Employee support and follow-up on labor-related matters * Assistance in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training processes * Development, implementation, and monitoring of the Annual Training Plan * Coordination and follow-up of training programs * Registration, updating, and management of information on official platforms (SIRSE) * Monitoring compliance with operational discipline, internal regulations, and application of corrective measures * Tracking of Human Resources performance indicators **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and HR processes * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Results-oriented, organized, and detail-focused **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $9,500.00 \- $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
