Ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulations American Energy Service is seeking a **Construction Supervisor** to lead and coordinate field execution of projects in the Altamira area. **Requirements (Mandatory):** * Academic Qualification: Degree and Professional License in Electrical Engineering (Required). * Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of verifiable experience as an Electrical Supervisor or related role. * Specialization: Solid experience in the construction process and complete installation of **115 kV electrical substations.** * Extensive expertise in construction and laying of **transmission lines**, construction phase management, interpretation of engineering drawings, and on-site progress control. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise end-to-end construction fronts, civil works, and electromechanical installation of the 115 kV substation and transmission lines. * Coordinate and validate activities of contractors and in-house personnel on site, ensuring adherence to the construction schedule. * Supervise proper pile driving, structural assembly, conductor stringing, and tensioning for transmission lines. * Monitor executed work volumes for estimation validation and preparation of daily/weekly construction progress reports. * Ensure materials, equipment, and labor comply with project technical specifications and safety regulations (SSPA). **What We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Statutory benefits from day one.
