**Responsibilities and Skills:** * Lead, organize, and supervise work teams. * Design, install, configure, program, commission, and maintain telecommunications systems, fiber optics, structured cabling, DVRs (CCTV), telephone switches, access control, point-to-point or multipoint links. * Supervision and installation of open and closed conduit systems. * Verification and execution of installation of accessories for electrical wiring infrastructure, communications (UTP), supports, fittings, piping, trays, conduits, fiber optics, access control, CCTV. * Work at heights and overcome fear of heights to perform safe and efficient tasks. * Use tools such as soldering irons for communication cable splicing, punch-down tools, multimeters, and light tools like drills and hammer drills, manual, electric, pneumatic tools, and measuring equipment. * Proficient in PC usage, spreadsheets, Word, and CAD. * Diagnose and resolve faults. * Read and apply installation standards. * Ability to perform technical tasks independently, not just supervision. * Decision-making and problem-solving skills. * Interpret technical manuals, prepare reports, and service orders. **Requirements:** * Age: 25 to 50 years * Gender: Indifferent * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar work, with verifiable successful track record. * Academic background in Computer Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Associate Degree, or related fields. * Strict adherence to safety regulations, fieldwork, and activity development with quality, keeping in mind customer satisfaction done correctly the first time. * Good physical condition * Full availability of schedule locally and for short trips due to external services * Genuine passion for computing and/or communications. * Ability to perform desk work (engineering). * Willingness to learn new knowledge about latest models or versions of electronic or communication equipment and systems. * Valid driver's license is essential. **We Offer:** \- All legally mandated benefits. \- Salary information discussed during interview. **Values:** **Honesty, responsibility, innovation, commitment, quality.** If you are ready to join a dynamic team and grow professionally in the field of telecommunications, we look forward to receiving your application!
