We invite you to apply for the position of: PYME EXECUTIVE Position Objective: Serve, develop, and maximize the assigned PyME client portfolio, with the goal of increasing the placement of PyME products and services developed by the Institution. Key Responsibilities: * Place and promote PyME products and services through the assigned client portfolio. * Prospect new clients to offer and cross-sell PyME segment products and services, thereby increasing the profitability of both the segment and the Institution. * Maximize and develop high-revenue clients and increase product cross-selling, aiming to retain clients and become their primary bank. * Train and advise PyME clients on PyME segment products and services. * Be responsible for the PyME segment budget at their branch(es) or assigned client portfolio. NOTE: The above-described responsibilities are illustrative, not exhaustive. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics. • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a PyME advisor. • Credit knowledge and analysis. * High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, strong verbal communication skills, and interpersonal relationship abilities.
