




Be the first face of the gym, providing warm, efficient, and professional service to members, visitors, and potential customers, ensuring an excellent experience from the first contact. ✅ **Main responsibilities:** * Receive and welcome members and visitors. * Manage check-ins and check-outs of gym users. * Register new enrollments, renewals, and cancellations. * Manage schedules for classes, trainers, or additional services. * Answer phone calls, emails, and messages (WhatsApp, social media). * Collect monthly fees and handle cash register operations. * Provide information about promotions, schedules, services, and gym rules. * Assist in organizing events or special activities. * Coordinate with internal staff (trainers, cleaning, administration). **Requirements:** * **Minimum education:** Completed high school (preferably technical or university studies in administration, customer service, or related fields). * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in customer service or similar positions (preferably in gyms, clinics, hotels, or retail). * **Basic knowledge:** Cash handling, management systems (Excel, gym software), social media, and digital tools. * **Good personal appearance.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $5,100.00 - $8,500.00 per month Benefits: * Gym membership service * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
