




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Supervisor with leadership experience to oversee key processes and labor regulations in the electrical sector. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to design and implement talent retention and organizational development programs PICCE, S.A. de C.V. is a company specialized in the design, construction, and management of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems. We collaborate with key clients such as CFE and ASUR, positioning ourselves as a trusted partner in the electrical sector. Currently, we are seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. Profile Definition: * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles, preferably in the construction sector. * Experience in implementing and supervising key processes including recruitment, selection, payroll management, training, and regulatory compliance. * Knowledge of applicable labor regulations, including the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS), NOM-035-STPS, NOM-017-STPS, as well as payroll, social security, and tax compliance regulations. * Ability to design and implement talent retention and organizational development programs. * Experience negotiating with training providers and recruitment platforms. * Proficiency in digital tools for personnel management and payroll automation. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Talent Management, or related field (mandatory). * Certifications in Human Resources, Talent Management, Occupational Safety, or applicable labor regulations (preferred).
