***Payroll Assistant*** **KLB México** **Job Objective** Provide operational and administrative support for payroll processes, ensuring accurate recording, control, and validation of payroll incidents, as well as compliance with internal policies and labor obligations, thereby guaranteeing precise and timely payments to staff. **Key Responsibilities:** * Record and update payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, medical leaves, vacations, overtime, bonuses, etc.). * Assist in calculating and processing weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly payroll. * Verify employee onboarding, offboarding, and modification records. * Compile and maintain up-to-date personnel files. * Track employment contracts, payroll receipts, and labor documentation. * Assist in preparing administrative reports and internal controls. * Validate information related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, and corresponding tax withholdings. * Address staff inquiries regarding payments and payroll receipts. * Maintain confidentiality and safeguard personnel information. * Support internal audits and administrative requests from the department. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Accounting.** * **1 year of experience in payroll processes** or human resources administration. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and payroll calculation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience with payroll systems is desirable (**CONTPAQi, NOI, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP**). **Interested?** Apply via Indeed or send your updated CV to **reclutamiento\_operativo@klbgroup.com** Join a dynamic company experiencing continuous growth. **Join our team and contribute to our operations!** Salary: $13,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
