Take on exciting challenges and build a career path that reflects who you are.** **Job Mission:** **Your impact**: Efficiently control and review budgets and variances Responsibilities: * Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage detailed budgets for PFV, PE, or plant, ensuring all costs are adequately forecasted and controlled. * Cost Monitoring: Supervise and analyze actual costs compared to budgets, identifying and explaining variances. * Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports summarizing cost status and providing management recommendations at entity and group levels. Verify that communicated information is aligned with financial support and control teams (reporting management, financial planning, PAO). * Project Control: Collaborate with plant managers and administrative leads to ensure costs remain within budget and corrective measures are implemented when necessary. * Control and follow-up: Conduct control of corporate travel expenses for assigned entities, including monitoring vehicles assigned to entities under your scope. * Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement improvements in cost control processes to increase accuracy and efficiency. **Requirements:** To join our team as a Cost Controller, we are looking for: * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or Engineering * **Years of experience**: 5 years of experience in a similar role. * **Technical Skills:** SAP and Office suite (especially Excel) and financial analysis tools * **Key Competencies:** * Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations * Attention to detail in managing and analyzing financial statements * Verbal and written communication skills to interact with different organizational levels * Time management to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines * Teamwork * Adaptability to changes in the work environment and project requirements * Proactivity in proposing changes, adjustments, or improvements to cost management processes and contributing to continuous improvement goals **Join us and become part of the adventure of the century!** If you're ready to take on exciting challenges and build a career that reflects who you are, we look forward to your application! **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:** At ENGIE, we promote an environment where you feel free to bring your best self.
