**Job Requirements** * **Minimum required experience of 1 year in a logistics or transportation company.** * Demonstrable knowledge and experience in certification **CTPAT, OEA, and ISO 9001:2015\.** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related field. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of software or platforms related to the area. **Job Responsibilities** * Administration of the Quality Management System (document control, development process, modification, retention, review, and publication). * Training and coaching for personnel responsible for complying with requirements established in the CTPAT / ISO protocols. * Monitoring implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from nonconformities in processes. * Managing customer process audits, as well as observations and recommendations. * Serving as lead auditor for planned Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001:2015\ audits. * Implementation and monitoring of C\-TPAT and OEA certification guidelines. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Weekly salary * Monthly food vouchers amounting to 6% of salary * Additional paid days off * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * **Work location:** Boulevard de los Ríos km. 11, 89630, Altamira, Tamaulipas.
