The incumbent will be directly responsible for structuring, monitoring, and optimizing the construction execution program, ensuring compliance with contractual milestones, critical path control, and proper on-site resource allocation. **Minimum Requirements (Mandatory):** * **Academic Qualification:** Degree and Professional License in Electrical, Electromechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (Mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** of verifiable experience in construction control, project planning and control (Project Controls) within the industrial, electrical, or heavy construction sectors. * **Advanced Software:** Proficient, fluent, and verifiable use of **Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.** * Located in the metropolitan area of Tampico, Madero, or Altamira. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and track the project baseline using Primavera P6 and MS Project. * Prepare progress curves (S-curves), resource histograms, and executive reports on physical and financial progress for management and the client. * Identify deviations in work fronts, analyze their impact on the critical path, and propose mitigation plans or resource leveling measures. * Coordinate with field engineers to validate and reconcile actual progress reported in estimates. * Monitor construction volumes and maintain records of change orders. **What We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Statutory benefits from day one.
