**\+ Position Purpose** Responsible for developing fertilization recipes together with the agricultural production manager and external consultants, as well as implementing and ensuring compliance of irrigation and special application programs, guaranteeing their correct execution through the irrigation system, contributing to achieving established production, quality, and harvest levels. **\+ Main Functions** * Supervise and ensure proper management and compliance of fertirrigation activities specified in the annual master plan by assigning and closely supervising the work team under their responsibility. * Design and adjust crop nutrition programs according to phenological stage and soil, water, and plant tissue analysis. * Coordinate the preparation and field application of organic bio-stimulants to restore soil nutrition based on chemical and microbiological soil analysis. * Monitor and record key agronomic parameters to evaluate the effectiveness of the nutritional program. * Interpret laboratory analyses and propose timely corrections. * Generate technical reports and recommendations for continuous improvement for the Operations Manager. * Track the performance, health, and yield of different crop lots. * Ensure compliance with food safety standards and certifications. * Responsible for planning and controlling fertilizer and irrigation applications in each cultivation zone, ensuring that defined programs are met in quantity, timing, and method. * Coordinate irrigation system operations and fertilizer management in coordination with the JPC. * Monitor soil and water parameters, make dosage adjustments, and record applications to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance. * Train personnel under their supervision on the correct preparation, application, and cleaning of fertirrigation equipment. **\+ Job Requirements** * Experience with organic bio-stimulants. * Knowledge and implementation of drip irrigation. **\+ Key Competencies** * Operational leadership * Organization and planning * Decision making * Teamwork. * Management skills. * Character. \+ Location * Padilla, Tamaulipas and surrounding areas of Jaumave, Tamaulipas.
