Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental policies #### **About this Position** #### **What you´ll do** * Manage the reviewing and updating of the SHE related legal permits, licenses, etc. * Manage and coordinate the emergency response plan. * Develop, provide, and support workplace risk assessment in sites under his/her responsibility * Coordinate reporting and investigation as well as ensure RACs for corrective/preventive actions of any incident or accident that may occur within the facilities. * Manage and provide SHE training for all stakeholders * Ensure employees eligible to company car have the correct driving skills to minimize accidents and perform periodic review of incidents to generate remediation activites * Manage the implementation and execution of the internal safety, hygiene, and environmental policies and procedures. * Manage and define SHE related KPIs . * Ensure stopping activity or process that does not comply with the minimum safety requirements or, failing that, presents any unsafe condition or act. * Ensure support LEED, WELL or any correspondent building certification whenever required. #### **What makes you a good fit** * Fluent English * Bachelor's degree * Previous experience of minimum 5 years in a similar management position * Knowledge of risk assessments, emergency response plans and corrective/preventive actions (RACs).
