The ideal candidate will have experience in supervision, technical knowledge in automotive mechanics, and skills to manage teams and processes. **Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and coordinate administrative and technical operations in the workshop \- Manage inventory and storage of spare parts and materials \- Ensure supervision of completed work \- Lead workshop and warehouse operations \- Evaluate and control the usage, outgoing, and incoming flow of materials, spare parts, and supplies used in maintenance \- Implement improvements to reduce expenses \- Design and implement corrective actions regarding costs \- Implement process improvements **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree (Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field) \- Minimum 2\-3 years of verifiable experience as a workshop supervisor \- Advanced Excel proficiency \- Experience in supervision or leadership \- Strategic and process improvement skills **Desired Skills:** \- Knowledge of warehouse management systems \- Experience in improvement processes \- Decision-making skills Salary: $13,033\.67 \- $16,261\.74 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company vehicle * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Company phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
