We are seeking a **Salesforce Developer**. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Analyze and implement functional and technical requirements to meet the business needs of Totalplay Residential. * Analyze and select, together with the team lead, the most appropriate development framework to address user stories. * Review and prioritize user stories jointly with the business team to ensure project objectives are met. * Develop new functionalities within Salesforce CRM to support achievement of the business unit’s objectives. * Implement improvements and new functionalities required by the business to optimize the user experience. * Analyze, develop, and resolve issues reported by the Help Desk team. * Apply development frameworks and patterns to build efficient and maintainable solutions. * Create and maintain version control for code according to established development standards. * Research, propose, and evaluate new development technologies and tools together with the team lead. * Estimate development timelines and participate in the technical planning of solutions. * Conduct meetings with end users to train, guide, and follow up on implemented developments. * Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for assigned projects. * Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and procedures established by the Information Security Management System. **What do we require from you?** **Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field.** * Experience in analysis, design, and development of new functionalities in Salesforce.
