Periodically evaluate the EHS and asset security system through internal audits, compliance analysis, and indicator reviews to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, using diagnostic tools, applicable regulations, and operational reports, to strengthen system effectiveness and reduce operational risks. 20% B. Conduct EHS analysis Analyze activities, processes, and job positions to identify hazards, assess risks, and determine operational controls; using risk analysis methodologies, ergonomics, observations, and statistical data collection, to develop action plans and system (EHS) improvement projects. 20% C. Conduct investigations Lead follow-up on accident, first-aid, and near-miss investigations to prevent recurrence; as well as compile statistical data and lead implementation of corrective actions across the entire organization or similar processes. 10% E. Legal compliance Ensure compliance with corporate requirements and municipal, state, and federal legal requirements related to EHS and asset security, guaranteeing regulatory conformity of the EHS system. 20% F. EHS culture Lead EHS initiatives, including: Training and education programs. Employee participation programs for reporting risks and hazards. Implementation and management of the SBOS behavioral-based system.
