Summary: The Customs Supervisor ensures full compliance with Mexico and U.S. import/export regulations, overseeing customs documentation and working closely with various departments. Highlights: 1. Works with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations in a twin-plant environment The **Customs Supervisor** is responsible for ensuring full compliance with Mexico and U.S. import/export regulations across all cross\-border operations. This role oversees customs documentation, HTS classification, origin determination, IMMEX compliance, tariff management, and interaction with customs brokers and government authorities. The Customs Supervisor works closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant flows of raw materials, finished goods, and MRO in a twin‑plant environment **Responsibilities** * Monitor and respond to customs compliance issues through the 24/7 customs mailbox. * Coordinate daily with Mexico customs brokers to ensure timely, accurate import/export of all materials and goods. * Oversee and validate customs declarations, values, HTS codes, and documentation for inbound/outbound shipments. * Maintain and update the Customs System (HTS, BOM, values, inventory balances/aging). * Ensure proper retention of Certificates of Origin and Manufacturer Affidavits. * Analyze and reconcile Annex 24 and Annex 30 reports. * Provide support for CBP/SAT Requests for Information and Post‑Entry Amendments. * Own and manage import/export permits and certifications. **Requirements:** * **Bilingual Spanish/English is required** * Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * 3 years of Mexico import/export compliance experience. * Strong knowledge of IMMEX, VAT Certification, PROSEC, Rule 8th, HTS Classification, Annex 24 \& Annex 30 Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Pregunta(s) de postulación: * What is your salary expectation? * What is your English level? * Please provide 2 to 3 ranges of dates and times when you would be available for an interview Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
