Mission Ensure the recruitment and selection process of personnel in accordance with the policies, rules, and procedures established by the Company, in order to guarantee coverage of vacancies generated within the Organizational Structure. Manage training processes to develop and strengthen the competencies required to achieve the organization's priority objectives. Responsibilities **Coordinate and/or Assist** Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process to cover site-generated vacancies, in order to meet operational needs. **Perform, Collect and/or Assist** Develop monthly departmental indicators and present them at the managerial review meeting, in order to keep the plant's improvement, liaison, and control team informed about the area's performance. **Assist and/or Ensure** Coordinate the preparation of personnel budgets for all areas, in order to identify existing opportunities regarding organizational structure. **Perform, Coordinate and/or Detect** Develop departmental objectives for the following year together with Human Capital Management and other departments, based on each department's performance, seeking continuous improvement and innovation within the area. **Perform, Coordinate and/or Assist** Administer and monitor the execution of the Operational Training Program to ensure its deployment and compliance. **Perform and/or Coordinate and/or** Administer the Training Budget Management process to ensure its optimal application according to authorized Operational and Institutional Programs. **Analyze, Review and/or Ensure** Manage and coordinate the strategy to deploy Training, aiming for the successful implementation of Corporate initiatives/projects at the site. **Perform and/or Ensure** Presentation of recruitment and training indicators Requirements **Minimum Education:** Completed and verifiable Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor or Organizational Psychology.
