Enthusiasm for teamwork and excellent service attitude. **ADPA Wealth Development**, a company dedicated to providing savings box and loan services for unionized personnel, is seeking a committed Credit Executive with a service-oriented attitude and passion for customer service. **Credit Executive** **Requirements:** Age: 20 years or older Gender: Unrestricted Education: Incomplete undergraduate degree or technical studies in Administration/Economics/Computer Science. Experience in customer service and client support. **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Windows software suite, especially Excel. **Responsibilities:** * Excellent ability to attend to and advise customers on loans and savings. * Manage loan and savings-related information in the company's internal system. * Verification, follow-up, and validation of documentation until final processing. **We Seek:** * Excellent service attitude. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Enthusiasm for teamwork and results orientation. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of **$10,300\.00** * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS contribution * Working hours: Monday to Friday, and occasionally Saturdays (half-day).
