Location: Tampico, Tamaulipas Positions available: 1 Age: 18 to 35 years old **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service * Make confirmation, follow-up, scheduling calls for installations and reports * Data entry into the system * Control and management of the installation and report calendar * Review and verification of contracts * Monitoring of units * Record keeping and updating of reports **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in customer service or similar roles with direct contract via telephone * Basic knowledge of administrative and office tasks * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and results-oriented * Desired: Basic knowledge of local routes in the coverage area (Tampico, Cd.
