Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in structural evaluation and preparation of structural expert opinions, construction inspection, and damage analysis, to conduct physical inspections, identify risks, and generate technical reports. Conducting inspections and providing technical consultancy **Profile:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree holder). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in: structural evaluation of buildings, preparation of structural expert opinions, and/or construction inspection and structural damage analysis. **Knowledge of:** * Current regulations (NOM 001\-STPS\-2008, Construction Regulations, Complementary Technical Standards, etc.). * Structural analysis and material behavior. * Use of specialized software: (Intermediate Excel, AutoCAD, Viento or similar). **Desirable:** * DRO registration. * Signature as co-responsible for structural safety or as an expert witness (per local legislation). * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct physical inspections of properties, including site visits and branch inspections. * Identify risks and propose corrective measures. * Perform topographic surveys. * Generate technical reports and documentation required by authorities. * Evaluate structural conditions of existing buildings. * Prepare detailed structural expert opinions supported by technical evidence. * Update the scope of requested services. * Deliver expert opinions to clients. * Provide technical consultancy to clients or internal departments.
