The role will lead continuous improvement projects and coordinate the technical team to achieve departmental objectives. Job Responsibilities:\*\* * Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of continuous improvement projects in the packaging finishing area, including process optimization, defect reduction, and efficiency enhancement. * Supervise and coordinate the engineering and technical team in the finishing area, assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance. * Design and implement technical solutions to improve the quality and performance of finished products. * Conduct root cause analysis to resolve technical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments to ensure proper process integration and objective achievement. * Manage and update technical documentation for the area, including product specifications, operating procedures, and drawings. * Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, and materials to enhance packaging finishing processes. * Ensure compliance with applicable industrial safety and quality regulations. * Prepare performance reports, cost analyses, and investment proposals.
