




Job Summary: Management and assurance of infrastructure service contracting, installation, and release—such as water, electricity, drainage, and gas—for housing projects. Maintaining up-to-date documentation Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas Industry: Housing Construction Job Objective To manage and ensure the contracting, installation, and release of infrastructure services—water, electricity, drainage, and gas—with government agencies and suppliers, in order to meet housing project delivery deadlines. Responsibilities Procedures with government agencies: Manage feasibility studies, permits, and contracts with CFE, COMAPA/AyD Reynosa, municipal authorities, Civil Protection, and Urban Development. Review preliminary construction plans. Validate, together with Urbanization Coordinators, that works comply with CFE and COMAPA regulations. Maintain updated files and documentation. Essential Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field; candidate may be a student completing final requirements or a graduate. - Experience: 2+ years handling procedures with CFE, COMAPA, and municipal authorities in Reynosa. - Knowledge: Regulatory frameworks of CFE/COMAPA, ability to read utility network drawings, municipalization process in Tamaulipas. - Skills: Negotiation, follow-up, tolerance, public relations.
