Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage vacation properties, ensuring compliance with standards, guest satisfaction, and service coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive vacation property management and guest service. 2. Supervision of quality standards and incident resolution. 3. Promotion of complementary services and coordination with suppliers. Vacation Rental Company: * Conduct property inspection checklists for assigned locations. Collect payments for direct reservations and extensions of assigned locations and prepare the corresponding report for submission to Administration. Respond clearly, accurately, and promptly to inquiries and concerns from on-site guests and potential guests. Meet position performance metrics. Supervise and implement company and position policies, standards, and procedures. Report deviations from standards identified at properties to relevant departments (maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, etc.). Continuously supervise that all properties provide required elements, services, and amenities per company standards and as advertised across various sales channels, and take necessary actions for timely replenishment, repair, or restoration of issues/failures detected during inspections. Resolve guest disputes both in person and via platforms or other electronic means. Promote and sell complementary services. Coordinate and schedule complementary services with external providers. Coordinate with condominium property management teams. Timely submission of information regarding upcoming reservations, access codes, wristbands, condominium rules, etc. Maintain visibility and availability to guests at assigned locations.
