




**Job Objective Commissioned Sales Agent**: It is the responsibility of this position to meet assigned sales quota objectives, collections, maintain the price and average margin defined by the Commercial Manager, plan constant visits that generate sales, maintaining an excellent business relationship. **Responsibilities of the Commissioned Sales Agent:** * Increase sales volume. * Recover collections timely and accurately. * Sell at prices with the highest possible profit margin. * Satisfy customer demands. * Propose strategic actions and concrete steps that help achieve sales goals. * Stay informed and up-to-date regarding products and pricing of companies in the same industry, as well as learn about new applications for the products we manufacture. * Inform the Commercial Management of any relevant issues regarding competition or market prices considered important for the company. **Daily Follow-Up:** * Achieve sales and collection targets. * Identify market niches representing new business opportunities. * Monitor the previously reviewed monthly objective with Commercial Management, measuring performance toward achieving established goals. * Check daily the progress of sales and collection quotas. * Stay informed about company products and inventory to avoid difficulties or inconveniences preventing proper customer service. * Promote products with low turnover or experiencing reduced sales, contributing to inventory turnover and stock level goals. * Develop and maintain clear, continuous communication with the logistics and customer service departments. * Efficiently manage their client portfolio through a visit schedule, detecting expressed and perceived key needs to provide immediate responses. * Ensure the accounts receivable portfolio remains healthy by collecting payments on the days agreed upon with clients and delivering documentation to the Commercial department so deadlines and credit terms are maintained. * Use planning, tracking, and management control tools effectively for their objectives and timely analysis of daily progress toward goals, enabling decisions that lead to periodic results. * Constantly stay informed about the applications and main features of Home Set SA de Cv's products to provide advisory services to customers regarding product use or application. * Prospect new customers to expand their portfolio, ensuring sales objectives are fully achieved and exceeded. **Education:** Bachelor's Degree **Software:** Office **Training:** * Results-oriented. * Negotiation skills. * Communication. * Customer Service. * Business Commercial Knowledge. * Pressure Tolerance.
