Job Summary: A professional to strengthen the operational reliability of critical equipment through lubrication program management, reducing failures and standardizing world-class maintenance practices. Reduce failures and unplanned downtime **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field. · Additional training preferred in: Lubrication / Tribology · Desired certifications: MLA (Machinery Lubrication Analyst) / MLT (Lubrication Technician), Vibration Analysis (Level 1 certification). · Bearing technology and maintenance · Applied tribology, lubricant selection, precision lubrication · Knowledge of the pulp & paper segment · General mechanical maintenance knowledge, focused on rotating machinery · Experience handling critical equipment such as: Paper rolls, Dryers, Presses, Pumps, Gearboxes, and Motors · Power BI (desirable for KPI tracking) · Use of AI tools · Analytical thinking and root cause analysis orientation · Strong communication skills and initiative to build interpersonal relationships. · Goal-oriented, results-driven, service-oriented, problem-solving, negotiation, and public speaking skills. · Intermediate English proficiency required **Job Summary:** · Strengthen the operational reliability of critical equipment through formal implementation and management of the lubrication program, aiming to reduce failures, unplanned downtime, and costs from premature wear, while standardizing practices aligned with world-class maintenance · Design, implement, and maintain the Master Lubrication Plan by area and by asset. · Establish and standardize lubrication routes (manual and automatic), including frequencies, points, quantities, methods, tools, and acceptance criteria. · Configure in CMMS: plans, routes, checklists, frequencies, standard times, spare parts/consumables, and lubrication points. · Design the sampling plan: correct sampling points, frequencies, methods, cleaning procedures, traceability, and chain of custody. · Interpretation of results (ISO cleanliness code, viscosity, wear debris, contamination) · Critical equipment availability (contribution to OEE/Availability) · Ensure compliance with key service contract performance indicators. · Document benefits derived from service contract activities and value-added projects. · Comply with legal requirements for safety, hygiene, and environmental protection.
