Let’s save them both for future generations. **Job Description** Coordinate and ensure that the quality of processes and products is developed and maintained in accordance with established specifications and requirements to achieve customer satisfaction. Participation and coordination in ECRs, aftermarket projects and customer complaints. **Requirements** 1\. Verify and document the development of production processes according to established specifications to meet customer requirements. 2\. Verify and document the control of serial production processes according to established specifications to meet customer requirements. 3\. Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams in problem-solving analysis processes, as well as improvement teams, to identify root causes of problems and prevent recurrence. 4\. Verify and review that operational personnel hold certifications and training in quality-related topics for validation of the operator certification matrix. 5\. Coordinate the preparation of PPAP requirements to obtain customer approval on scheduled dates. 6\. Continuously validate customer requirements and, if necessary, complete courses or certifications requested by the customer. For processes * Verify that production processes are carried out in compliance with customer requirements. * Generate product inspection instructions, including Customer Touch Points. * Coordinate containment actions for suspect products. * Carry out and verify corrective actions corresponding to quality alerts. * Verify engineering and production runs during the various phases of product development. * Coordinate cross-functional teams for problem analysis and resolution, as well as improvement teams. * Supervise and coordinate quality auditors. * Develop and manage the annual Q-test (quality test) audit program for products manufactured at SlpP.
