Job Summary: Supervise and control operational processes for domestic and international shipments, managing resources to ensure compliance with service guarantees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and control of operational shipping processes 2. Administration of human, material, and technical resources 3. Ensuring compliance with customer service guarantees Supervise and control operational processes and cycles by managing human, material, and technical resources in accordance with company policies and standards, to ensure all domestic and international shipments are properly routed, sorted, dispatched, and delivered to their destinations to meet established service guarantees with customers. Supervise staff in weighing, sorting, routing, and applying routing labels to each shipment.
