Summarize the introduction of trial production for new products and trial production issues, along with solutions; 2\. Measure standard work hours; formulate, periodically update, and optimize standard work hours; 3\. Collect SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and equipment operation instructions; 4\. Optimize production processes and operational methods, actively promoting process improvements; 5\. Maintain, enter, and update production ERP system process routes; 6\. Verify and confirm patch points; 7\. Be familiar with various processes in electronic product manufacturing (e.g., patching, post-soldering, assembly, packaging, etc.); 8\. Periodically train, explain, and instruct production line staff on fundamental IE (Industrial Engineering) professional knowledge; 9\.
