




**Job Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree conferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in hotels or service-oriented companies. **Technical Knowledge:** * General and financial accounting. * Current tax legislation. * Hotel cost accounting. * Budgeting and financial control. * Accounting systems and ERP software. * Financial Information Standards (NIF). **Functions and Responsibilities** * Supervise and control the hotel’s general accounting. * Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Monitor daily revenues (accommodation, food and beverage, events, and other services). * Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Calculate, file, and submit federal and state taxes in accordance with current regulations. * Analyze financial variances and propose corrective actions. * Maintain up-to-date accounting records in compliance with applicable standards. * Support General Management with financial reporting and strategic analysis.
