




Grupo Anderson’s is a proudly Mexican company, founded in 1963 thanks to the extraordinary visionary ability of our founder Carlos Anderson, who at that time would revolutionize the country’s gastronomic industry by developing an avant-garde concept of fine dining without formal protocols, offering customers friendly and informal service while maintaining the professionalism that characterizes us. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** * Coordination and maintenance of point-of-sale related files: validate that all prices and relevant system information are correctly loaded into the point of sale, ensuring alignment with menus. * Maintenance of master data related to the point of sale: manage and update fundamental information in the database; maintain accurate and up-to-date records so that information remains consistent and business operations are efficiently managed. * Generation of reports and data visualizations: use SQL and Excel to extract relevant data from databases and generate detailed reports and data visualizations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to managers and other stakeholders. * Optimization of inventory management: manage and analyze inventory databases, identifying consumption patterns, seasonal trends, and optimal stock levels to minimize costs and avoid shortages or overstocking. * Sales and profitability analysis: analyze sales and movement data, identifying the most profitable products, areas of opportunity, and consumption trends, aiming to maximize revenue and business profitability. * Improvement of operational efficiency: analyze operational databases to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational processes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Engineering, Programming, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Programming and database management using SQL and Excel (mandatory). * Use and handling of visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (mandatory). * Experience in the hospitality sector (preferred). * Interpersonal communication skills with cross-functional teams. * Advanced English **BENEFITS** * Statutory benefits * Cafeteria service * 20% discount at consortium restaurants * Net salary: between $22,000 to $25,000 * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 hrs. * 100% on-site work.
