ENSURES OPTIMAL OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT, CABLES, NETWORKS, AND MONITORING SOFTWARE. Requirements * Required academic level: Technical professional (CONALEP) * Academic status: Diploma or certificate * Required field of study (related): Electronic Systems Maintenance * Experience: 1–2 years as a CCTV Installation Technician * Knowledge and tools: + Knowledge of DVR, NVR, IP, analog, and hybrid technologies. + Proficiency in coaxial, UTP, fiber optic cabling, and connectors. + Configuration of basic networks (IP, ports, P2P, DDNS). + Use of manual and electric tools (drill, punch-down tool, multimeter). + Proficiency in remote monitoring applications. + Ability to read blueprints, perform routing, and design installations. + Knowledge of industrial safety standards. * Language(s): + None * Skills and competencies: + Communication + Teamwork + Customer orientation + Continuous improvement + Stress tolerance + Work quality + Continuous learning * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Monday to Friday Full-time 07:00–15:00 Functions and activities * Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and order standards during installations. * Install security cameras, DVRs, NVRs, switches, and accessories. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CCTV systems. * Carry out structured cabling (UTP, coaxial, power). * Diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity failures. * Configure equipment, networks, and remote access via applications. * Conduct functionality tests and video quality adjustments. * Prepare service reports, evidence, and technical documentation. * Train clients on system usage and features.
