This role is responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences (UX), ensuring that every interaction, form, and visual element is attractive, intuitive, and high-performing for those wishing to learn about our company. ### **1\.** **Main Responsibilities** * Front-End Development: Create and maintain the structure, design, and interactivity of websites and *landing pages* using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. * WordPress Management: Advanced customization and administration of WordPress-based sites, including plugin configuration (service bots, translation systems, etc.). * Interactive Visual Design: Translate design concepts into functional interfaces, ensuring visual consistency across all devices (Responsive Design). * On-Page SEO Optimization: Implement best practices for web structure and page load speed to improve search engine visibility. * User Experience (UX/UI) Improvement: Optimize direct user touchpoints (buttons, forms, navigation) to maximize conversion. * Maintenance and Bug Resolution: Identify and fix visual or interaction-related technical issues on the platform. ### **2\.** **Technical Requirements** * Core Languages: Solid experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building interactive components. * PHP Knowledge: Ability to understand and perform basic technical adjustments in WordPress’s core language. * WordPress Ecosystem: Experience managing visual builders, theme administration, and deployment of specialized plugins. * Performance Focus: Knowledge of image optimization, response time improvement, and usability. ### **3\.** **Desired Competencies** * Prior experience creating sales-focused or lead-generation landing pages. * Basic graphic design principles applied to web environments. * Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools. ### **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Digital Graphic Design, Web Development Engineering, User Experience (UX) Design, or related fields such as Digital Communication, Multimedia, or similar disciplines. * **Language:** Intermediate-to-advanced English (technical reading and writing). * **Personal Skills:** Strategic thinking, creativity and aesthetic sense, knowledge of Marketing & SEO, teamwork, and results orientation. * **Knowledge and Tools:** Proficiency in WordPress and programming languages such as PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be valued. * Habit of organization and attention to detail. * Maximum 45 minutes remote. ### **What We Offer** * **Gross Monthly Salary:** $15,000 MXN, with growth potential based on performance. * Productivity bonus of $2,000 * Punctuality and attendance bonuses (10% of base salary each). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Lunch break * Fixed weekends off * **Work Mode:** 100% in-person. * **Employment Type:** Direct hire with job stability. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits from day one. * **Development:** Professional development plan and learning opportunities.
