Responsible for reducing shrinkage, internal/external theft, and ensuring compliance with security policies across sales floors, warehouses, and offices. * Design and implement loss prevention and inventory control plans. Supervise and follow up on incidents related to theft, fraud, or operational losses. Coordinate and train staff on security matters and proper handling of critical processes. Monitor video surveillance and alarm systems, ensuring their proper operation. Conduct internal audits and prepare loss analysis reports. Establish KPIs and strategies to minimize in-store shrinkage. Coordinate with authorities in case of incidents or investigations. Lead the store's security guards or security personnel. * Education: High school diploma. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the retail sector (mandatory). Knowledge of access control, asset security, CCTV, emergency protocols, and personnel management. Proficiency in reporting and analytical tools (intermediate-to-advanced Excel).
