With over 78 years of global experience and 29 years in Mexico, we are leaders in specialized solutions for outsourcing human resources, operational, and administrative processes. kellyservices.com.mx ##### **EHS Specialist** * **Salary:** $28,000 gross monthly. * **Schedule:** Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Location:** Delicias Chihuahua, Kilometer 1573, Pan-American Highway, Sin Nombre. * **Contract:** Temporary for **1 year**. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute and monitor safety, hygiene, and environmental programs in accordance with Mexican regulations (STPS) and internal guidelines. * Support identification, assessment, and control of risks across plant areas. * Participate in accident and incident investigations, generating reports and tracking action plans. * Conduct safety and hygiene inspections and follow up on identified deviations. * Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. * Collaborate in internal, corporate, and governmental audits. * Support coordination of emergency response teams (fire, evacuation, search and rescue). * Participate in the Joint Safety and Hygiene Committee. * Deliver basic training on safety and risk prevention topics. * Support management of work permits, energy isolation (LOTO), and operational safety programs. * Monitor contractor certification program. * Support ergonomic assessments and improvements in working conditions. * Prepare EHS performance reports and indicators. * Promote safe behaviors through field observations and feedback to personnel. ***Requirements:*** * Safety, Environment and Occupational Health Management, Risk Assessment, Ergonomics, Risk Analysis, etc. * Effective communication, Line management responsibility, Creativity and Innovation, Developing people, Leadership * Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related degree * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Interdisciplinary teamwork * Risk assessment * Industrial safety management systems and behavioral safety management systems. ***We Offer:*** ***Statutory Benefits:*** * + - 12 vacation days in the first year, - 50% vacation bonus, - 30-day year-end bonus, - 10% food vouchers (legal cap), - Individual SGMM (Mexican Social Security Institute health insurance), - SGMM for minors, - Cafeteria Kelly is an equal opportunity employer.
