Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise teams, ensure quality standards, monitor key indicators and internal processes, and prepare progress reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Equipment supervision and quality standard assurance. 2. Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance with internal processes. 3. Preparation of progress reports and performance monitoring. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Knowledge of telecommunications * Field and office work experience * Valid driver's license * Standard vehicle operation capability **Responsibilities:** * Supervise team work regarding punctuality, safety, and hygiene; ensure quality standards and task completion * Prevent, and if necessary, request correction of any deviation from the scope of work * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) * Ensure compliance with internal processes * Prepare reports on progress and results * Follow up on departmental requests * Track objectives across various departments * Monitor departmental performance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
