**PEDAGOGUE EDUCATOR** **Profile** * **Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy (degree and professional license are mandatory).** * 3\+ years of experience in similar roles, not including professional internships or social service. * Experience working with adolescents in educational, psychosocial, or third-sector contexts. * Skills in planning, organization, and collaborative work. * Vocation for service, responsibility, and commitment. * Residence in the southern area of Mexico City. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct initial educational diagnosis. * Design Educational Plans. * Implement pedagogical remediation activities. * Supervise homework, promote study habits, and reinforce basic competencies. * Apply assessment tools for academic follow-up. * Prepare pedagogical reports. * School assistance and accompaniment (attending appointments, events, meetings, and school activities). **START DATE: JANUARY 05, 2026** **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary: * **Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** * Statutory benefits. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * 11% food vouchers. * Life insurance. * Paid economic days and mental health days.
