Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer or Technician for remote and on-site support, responsible for equipment preparation, software configuration, and corrective and preventive maintenance. Continuous training on the latest technologies and systems. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Systems Technician, or Computer Science **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in Remote and/or On-site Support **Knowledge:** · Backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation · Basic structured cabling **(preferred)** · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computers and peripheral devices · Security policy configuration · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Infrastructure project development for structured cabling (training for new hires) **We Offer:** · Salary: $12,000 MXN per month, tax-free · Ongoing training · Performance bonus of 50% of base salary · Travel allowances for local and out-of-town assignments · Overtime pay (if applicable) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Apply now and attach your CV!** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Work Location: On-site employment Salary: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
