




**Position Objective** Design, improve, and standardize the company's operational and administrative processes, ensuring efficiency, reduction of rework, and alignment with continuous improvement practices applied **in the construction sector.** **3\. Main Responsibilities** * Map, analyze, and document operational and administrative processes across all areas (site and corporate). * Design **formats, procedures, and workflows from scratch**, ensuring clarity and standardization. * Implement **Continuous Improvement, Lean Construction, Kaizen, or Six Sigma** methodologies according to the nature of the process. * Identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and rework in current processes. * Develop **flowcharts, SIPOC, VSM (Value Stream Mapping)**, and other analysis tools. * Propose and implement solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs on site and at the corporate level. * Conduct internal process audits to monitor compliance and performance. * Document and update procedures, instructions, and operational manuals. * Coordinate sessions with involved departments to validate processes and obtain approvals. * Train teams on adopting new processes and formats. * Participate in the design and implementation of indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency. * Ensure all processes comply with internal standards, applicable regulations, and best practices in the construction sector. **4\. Job RequirementsEducation** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, or related field. **Experience** * **2 to 4 years in continuous improvement, process optimization, or standardization.** * Experience in **construction companies, real estate development, housing, or heavy manufacturing is desirable.** * Experience in process mapping both on-site and in office environments. **Technical Knowledge** * **Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.** * Process mapping: BPM, VSM, flowcharts. * Development of procedures, policies, instructions, and manuals. * Management of improvement projects. * Proficiency with diagramming software (Visio, Miro, Bizagi, Lucidchart). * Operational efficiency indicators (KPIs). * Basic knowledge of regulations applicable to the construction sector. **Skills** * Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to structure processes from scratch. * Clear and assertive communication. * Organization and attention to detail. * Interdisciplinary collaboration with site and corporate teams. * Leadership in driving change. * Training and coaching capabilities.
