Supervisar y verificar continuamente la cadena de suministro de materiales para garantizar su conformidad con los requisitos del MRP. Identificar y abordar oportunamente los problemas relacionados con el suministro de materiales. * Garantizar la disponibilidad de materiales para respaldar la producción según el Programa Maestro de Producción mediante la ejecución del MRP, la entrega puntual y la coordinación del movimiento de materiales desde la recepción hasta la producción. * Eliminar proactivamente las responsabilidades relacionadas con los materiales para Jabil mediante una comprensión clara de la titularidad (proveedor/cliente). Seguimiento y aportación de datos de apoyo al BUM para definir claramente los materiales cuya responsabilidad corresponde al cliente. Ejecutar y maximizar los términos negociados por Jabil con los proveedores para reducir las responsabilidades relacionadas con los materiales. * Emitir Órdenes de Compra con precios, términos y condiciones negociados y acordados por los Gestores de Materias Primas y Compradores de Jabil. Asegurar el cumplimiento por parte de los proveedores de los acuerdos establecidos. * Optimizar el proceso de gestión de pedidos para garantizar una comunicación eficaz con los proveedores. * Mantener la integridad de los datos maestros y de los parámetros de planificación de compras con el fin de minimizar las responsabilidades relacionadas con los materiales y equilibrar el costo de adquisición con los niveles de inversión en inventario. * Supervisar y mejorar continuamente el desempeño de los proveedores en cuanto a entregas y calidad. Abordar y resolver problemas recurrentes o críticos mediante herramientas de acción correctiva y recursos adicionales. * Apoyar a Contabilidad por Pagar en la resolución de discrepancias en las facturas. * Proporcionar insumos para impulsar y ejecutar la estrategia de materias primas y precios de Jabil.
