**A** **Quality** **Engineer** **at** **SUNPLE** **is** **responsible** **for** **ensuring** **that** **products** **and\*** processes **meet** **established** **quality** **standards**, **implementing** **continuous** **improvements**, **and** **promoting** **a** **quality** **culture** **within** **the** **organization.\* REQUIREMENTS. 1. Higher technical or university education level; with more than 3 years of experience in quality management; 2. Theoretical knowledge of quality management and familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and their processes; 3. Knowledge of and ability to use quality management tools: 8D, 5 Whys, SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis), QCP (Quality Control Plan); 4. Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and ethical principles. RESPONSIBILITIES. 1. Verify the correctness of elements involved in the production process handling (machine, material, method, environment); report problems and validate the effectiveness of corrective actions; 2. Supervise production-related processes such as equipment/material changeovers, first-piece inspection, non-conforming product review, freeze process, repair process, and rework process, ensuring these processes are executed effectively; 3. Coordinate and resolve internal and external quality issues during mass production; ensure effective control of non-conforming products; analyze root causes of problems and promote closure of the improvement cycle; 4. Organize specific product and process improvements through quality target data, process capability analysis, and problem analysis.
